Chajá Cake

This cake was created in 1927. Its name was due to the chaja bird, which is typical of South America and is characterized by its gray plumage and its sound: full of feathers and with a light body.
The Chajá Cake is characterized by its combination of textures and flavors: Vanilla sponge cake, dulce de leche, meringue, whipped cream and peaches in syrup. It is quite cloying but for those who like cream it is great!

Ingredients: Peach in syrup, heavy crem, milk caramel/ dulce de leche, port wine, sugar, meringue, flour, vanilla essence, eggs, edible flowers (may include).
